Calabash Rattle Gourd Shaker from Ghana Medium
The Calabash Rattle is made from dried bottle gourd in Ghana and is covered with a braided bast net. While the bigger rattle sounds rather heavy, dark and soft, almost melancholic, the sound of the smaller Clabash Shaker is cheerier and brighter.
